Cookie Walk Volunteer Information

PRAISE THE LORD FOR A BOUNTY OF BAKERS!
 
In just two short weeks, church members and friends have signed up for baking and making of every cookie and candy variety we will offer at this year’s sale!  How wonderful (and you know who you are).   Now, we will be looking for volunteers to help-set up the week prior to the sale, to lift/carry tables, receive and organize the product, to display the plates of goodies, to help customers choose and buy.  Lots of elves behind the scenes and on the front lines.  
 
Please submit the form below to add your name to the volunteer list and you will be called.  The three main areas of need are:  
 
  1. Help prior to Dec. 2 (decorating, gathering display tables, etc)
  2. Help on Thursday and Friday, Dec. 1 and/or Dec. 2 (preparing the sales rooms, receiving cookies, labeling, etc.)
  3. Help on sale day, Dec. 3 (7-9:30 final set-up, group prayer; 10-3 sales & clean-up; check-out, etc.).  We would love your help if it’s for one hour or all day.  Whatever you can do is so very much appreciated.
In addition to selling cookies, there will be an area with Christmas/holiday decor for sale.  If you have gently used ornaments or other seasonal decor you would be willing to sell, please consider donating to the sale. Or if you have any santas you just can’t part with, please consider loaning them to help decorate the space for the sale.  (We promise we won’t sell them if they are on loan!)
