Doing Christian Education in Today’s World

This is your invitation to help shape how and how much our church will create Christian Education programming for all ages beginning this September, whether it’s within our church and/or in outreach formats.

Our world is not the same as it was in, say, our parents’ or grandparents’ day.  There was a time (yes, there was) when schools didn’t plan events on Wednesday nights so churches could hold programming!  There was a time (yup) when communities and organizations didn’t hold activities on Sunday mornings, because no one would show up; there were at church!  People weren’t as mobile back in the day; they weren’t traveling distances on weekends for rest and relaxation.

Yes, Christian Education for all ages is still needed, and we have to create a plan for how and when it will be delivered.
